At least you won't be itchy.
Liquid lanolin + coconut oil mixed together after a shower = the first non itchy night I've had in weeks.

But the smell is really pretty bad. My husband called me a wet beach lamb.

I sympathize with you though, my upper back has been itchy too.

Check out the thread about moisturizing the belly maybe. that reminds me I was going to try and pick up some Cetaphil & switch out my soap. But the shea butter has been working really well for me, no more coconut oil for me. it's something about the saturated or non saturated fats. shea is thick&sinks right in , kinda waxy. I hope it stays that way. maybe the lanolin adds that thickness? Never tried it.

I had just used my favourite hand cream (Nivea) and I hate the way it smells, and I looked and sure enough it has lanolin in it! no coconut oil though, I can't stand the smell of coconuts (well, fake coconut smell anyway)

You can get coconut oil that doesn't smell. We have both because sometimes you really don't want that coconut flavour in your cooking. I once fried onions in it... Let me tell you, those two flavours do not go well together!
