fluttering/vibration sensation? - Page 2

I haven't felt 'baby' yet.  First pregnancy, 15 weeks.  Hoping to feel something at 18-20 weeks.

After my midwife showed me how high my uterus was I realized that I've felt the baby other times before!! I thought the uterus was still quite low. It's only about 2 inches below my navel! I felt a kick when leaning against something and when bending or twisting a certain way! How exciting!!

Swissmiss: that is awesome!! I totally know how you feel. The kicks can be so strong sometimes smile.gif

I'm 17 weeks now and last night I was telling my fiancé that the baby was really moving at that very moment. So he says can I feel? I say it's way too early for him to really feel anything but he says he wants to try anyway. So I indulge. We lie quietly in bed with his hand on my abdomen. Then he starts calling out kicks!!!! It was amazing!!! I can't believe we both can feel the baby together. It really made us feel so close to each other and this new little life orngbiggrin.gif

I started feeling the butterfly flutters a couple of weeks ago but very faint. This week they've gotten stronger so I'm thinking it must be the baby, not GI stuff. Also, it's consistently on the right side...

I had an appointment today and the practitioner told me to expect to feel the baby (my first) between 18 and 22 weeks.  She said to her it felt like gas, but localized in the uterine area.

I'm 15+1 and haven't felt a thing (besides the twinges, cramps and the like since very early on).

I still haven't felt any movement, but it shouldn't be long now since I'll be 17 weeks on Sunday.

I have been feeling a lot more activity the last couple of days in there. More like jabs and pokes instead of bubbles popping. 16 weeks today smile.gif

Mamamash- yes I feel jabs all day now even when walking around but especially when I sit cross legged and lean forward. I think it crowds the space up in there and everything is magnified orngtongue.gif I'm 17 wks

That's when I feel most of the movement. Sitting with my legs bent up squishing my tummy. I love this part smile.gif

I felt movement a lot today!! Stabs, jabs and flutters! I felt most of them when I was sitting in my car and my pants were kinda snug so I think the baby was mad about that. Lol I love when I feel a good jab!

I haven't felt anything yet, I'm 16w on tues. but my DB had his hand on my tummy and swears he felt it move twice, but I didn't feel anything. I think he's just feeling my gas 😂😂

I finally felt it last night. Mostly bubbly type movement, but there was a definite kick which even my fiance felt! I didn't think he would feel it for weeks yet!

This time, I felt something around 12.5 weeks.  Now at 16 weeks, I feel flutters usually 2-3 periods per day.  My second was around the same timeline.  My first I didn't feel until around 18-19 weeks and was pretty anxious about it!

This baby has been moving so much today. It's crazy! And I love it!

DH got to feel the baby from the outside last night 😄 I think I was more excited than he was haha.

Aww, that's really cool!

But now that I've been feeling her regularly for the last couple days I'm going to stress when I don't feel her a ton. I have a love/hate relationship with this part of pregnancy.

I for definite felt it two days ago, without a doubt, but nothing since. I will be 16 weeks tomorrow and I've hit a bit of a pregnancy wall. When I imagined 16 weeks I pictured a warmer climate, no morning sickness, and more flutters. Nothing has really matched up to my expectations. My kids are off school this week and next and I still feel sick, and the weather is so cold and windy. We're all fed up being indoors. I need some sunshine or I'll go mad. I think now I'll start looking forward to 18 weeks, when morning sickness should really be gone (please, please, please), and I should be feeling some more regular movements.
