Vaginal Birth after Myomectomy (fibroid removal)?

So far, I've read that after a myomectomy, one must have a cesarean section because of the greater risk of rupture. However, I almost don't even want to have another child if I can't have a home birth. :/ Has anyone here ever had a natural birth after this surgery? I'd really like to hear your experience...

Or, if you've shrunken your fibroids naturally somehow, please let me know!! I'm very much interested in natural solutions for my fibroids.

Thanks for sharing!!
