3/1 - 65 minute work out - running and weights
3/2 - 45 minute run
3/3 - nada
3/4 - 75 minutes at the gym. ...50 minutes weights and 20 minutes walking. Congestion kept me from running.
3/5 - oh my gosh! I got sick again.... What the heck!
3/6 - massive headache
3/7 - sick
3/8 - 50 minutes in the gym treadmill and weights
3/9 - 45 minutes - yoga and walking
3/10 - 30 minutes walking - working my way back from sicky
3/11 - 80 minutes in the gym - 50 weights and 30 cardio (elliptical)
3/12 - 75 minute run
3/13 - 50 minutes at the gym. all weights
3/14 - 45 minute run
3/15 - 75 minutes at the gym....cardio and weights
3/16 - 75 minute trail run
3/17 - 90 minutes in the garden - weeding, running tiller, planting - I was actually outside from about 9am - 8 pm
3/18 - 30 minutes weights
3/19 - 90 minute run
