More specifically, did you cross off the part about your child increasing the risk of others contracting those diseases? Or what did you do, just sign it?

I just wrote a letter saying we didn't do certain vaccines and that i understood they would have to be kept home atleast two weeks in event of an outbreak. there was an outbreak of chicken pox and he was home 2 weeks.

I did fill it out, but I didn't agree with the wording so I crossed out (with pen) what I didn't agree with and wrote things in the side bar. I don't sign anything unless I agree with the full contents of the document.
