Spotting

Hi all just a quick question if anyone out there can help me will be a great help

I'm 23 years old. My last period was jan 30th I had my normal 7 day period I think it was a little lighter I then come of for a week the about a week later I started to bleed only anuf to notice when I wipe this happened for a couple of days then stopped n it's been stop starting for a mth now. I've been to doctors where I did a pregnancy test come back negative it was a urine one also done before my missed period. I've been getting pains in my boobs I feel bloated headaches feeling sick also been needing to wee alot, feel tired n ache. I'm not on birth control and me n my partner are trying for a baby but having a test from doctors saying negative and not having my period still n the spotting still going on is really worrying for me. I'm going doctors tomorrow for the 2nd time

I do think another pregnancy test would be warranted. In my case it was messed up hormones altogether--I had a very early miscarriage though I didn't know it at the time. And then my body just stopped ovulating all together. You're having symptoms that would indicate ovulation occurred though, at least in my body. I hope the cause is a pregnancy. You can test yourself, too, you know.

I have tested myself. I had my period n had quite a lot of sex lol then all this started its worrying xx

Your tests at home are negative too? Sex itself can cause spotting for some particularly if you bump the cervix--but it's more than that, right? I hope you'll update on the doctor. If you're not pregnant I would want further testing (what I don't know...hormones, pap?)

I ended up having to work so going to have to re arrange my app tomorrow morning I just want to know what's been going on this has never happend before. All tests at home come back negative but I also did them before my due period so I don't know if that will make a negative result. If it comes back that I'm not pregnant I'm worried incase it's something else something more serious xx
