(This may be TMI, but the *only* time we had sex the entire cycle was Valentine's day.  So I'm pretty sure of my conception date...)

I've been craving string cheese, sparkemaman, how funny!  Protein is the thing that heads off the MS for me.  Protein all the time.  Crackers don't do it for me.  Normally I am a carb-craver but not now.

Sleepymama lol.gif I don't think it can be TMI when I just shared my preconception sex schedule!! Yeah, maybe protein is the key, hadn't thought much about that. I assumed it was the crackers but actually yogurt has been helpful too. I am just feeling so crazy queasy today. Every time I move, I feel sort of spinny and get really nauseous. If I stay totally still, I can pretend I am just resting smile.gif Just got back from Target and I swear I could have told you every person in the store who is a smoker and/or had spicy food today, seriously bionic super nose going on here! Even my DD who has quite a sensitive sense of smell said it was me when I said for the 50th time, something smells gross, don't you think? We have the day off of school and DD is watching some PBS Kids so I am thinking I'll close my eyes for 20 minutes. I must admit, I miss my coffee!! caffix.gif

ONLY time we had sex all month.  So cliched!  And EEEK my in-laws "made" my BIL on Valentine's Day, too.  Sheesh.  A little too close for comfort on that one.  I will say that it was a very memorable night and a great story.  Tee hee.

And I am going to really work hard to snack on protein this time.

Sparkle, my sense of smell is like a super power when I am pregnant.  I changed a dirty diaper last night and was really immature about it.  Good thing my DS found it funny.

I don't think it's cliche, I think the V'day lovin' is sweet! loveeyes.gif And I'm guessing a rather great memory too.

Hi, I'm a bit hesitant to join in here as we've found out SUPER early (8dpo) that we're pg with #3. My EDD is about the 20th November joy.gif

My cycles have been changing a lot over the last year so that date may be a day or two either side lol :p

Congrats Emme!! I got my BFP at 8 DPO (two weeks ago) also!! So exciting joy.gifWelcome!!

I've been hesitant to post because I'm so afraid of miscarriage but I think I'm ready to be added! I don't have a feeling either way about gender but yesterday I found myself accidentally call the baby "he" which was odd because I didn't really have a feeling either way... so I'll go with guessing boy because of that situation.

SuperBeans/Oct.26-Nov 1st/ Guess: Boy

Aaawww thanks Sparklemama! I have NEVER got a BFP this early. I can't believe it!??! It was so clear last night after a few clear-ish but there tests during the day yesterday Sheepish.gif

But this mornings two tests (hehe) were very clear, no squinters here lol. So erm, why so early do you think? My LP is usually pretty short, only 9 days last cycle and 10 the time before that. FF thinks it averages about 12 but that's not been the case for the last year. more like 10 days. So yeah, bit worried but praying and hoping we have a sticky bean joy.gif

Emme sending you lots of sticky vibes!! goodvibes.gifI'm thinking early implanter and strong hormones = early positive!! I had my blood work drawn 3 days after my first BFP, Hcg was 96 at 11 DPO and 238 at 13 DPO, both very high for those DPO. I'd say your short LP is insignificant at this point, if you've already gotten a positive, implantation has occurred! The concern with shorter LPs is that it doesn't allow a later implanter time to implant and trigger the hormone cascade to keep AF away. Congrats again!!

jumpers.gifCongratulations Superbeans!! jumpers.gif Super sticky vibes to you as well!!

A lot of people smoke where I live and I hate the smell normally but now it is magnified by a million, it seems, and it is making me gag!

11/11 is such a great birthday! It's one of my best friend's and I have always just loved it. My kids come early but if I can I am keeping this one in until 11/11 smile.gif
post #36 of 205
I'm Kate, due 11/9 although mine tend to be late so I'm hoping for 11/11 as well! Very cool day. My guess is girl for sure.

Welcome and congrats to all the new mamas!

If you are a few days late, you could have a baby born on 11/12/13.  That would be cool too!

Oh I hadn't thought of that yet! That would be so cool! DS was 12 days late, DD 5 days, so 3 for this one is probably a reasonable guess!

Well.  We now have a group goal:  11/12/13!

11/12/13 only works for Americans! Here in the UK (and I think everywhere else in the world as well) that date is written 12/11/13. It's too bad, that's such a fun date!
