2 month old sleeping sch whacky! advice needed

So my lo has or had I should say a great sleeping schedule...catnapped every hour or so during the day went down around 6/7 slept through he niht until 6/7 the next day. She would wake up 3-5 to feed change but never really woke up (I know, we are super lucky). A week ago she started getting super fussy when she would get tired, flailing her ams, straight ning her legs out, etc. It would take m about twe ty mins of rocking, soothing and shooshing and nursing too get her to sleep. Yesterday nothing was different during the day but she would not go down until 11pm! She was so tired today she took a nap in the morning abut an hour then she went down again at 11 am and its now 4 pm and she just nursed and kept sleeping. N ow that this may be nomal and too soon to tell, but has anyone experienced this? What should I do? I am trying a bedtime routine also but last night didnt matter what I did. She was fussy on and off at one point just wide awake laughing smiling etc lol I worried it could be colic too but im not entirely sure. Thanks for your help

she is still young but my friend found that scheduling naps really helped her dd's sleep... Example : she would get up at 8 take 1h30-2h nap from 11-1, then from 4-6 and then bedtime at about 10. If she was tired before naptime, they would try to strech it out, playing with her, etc... I guess it works, since she sleeps pretty much through the night in her own bed...

We never put ours on schedule because he has his own schedule, waking up at 9 or 10, napping 30 mins- 1h at 12, then 3, then 6 and going to bed at about 10. BUT he is still a "bad" sleeper at 5.5 months, waking every 2h to 'nurse'....
