Whole-food Prenatal without Iron?

Hi All,

I'm about 6 months out from TTC and would like to start taking prenatal vits, - preferably whole food, once a day, and without iron (I take a separate iron supplement which works better for my digestion).

Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance!!

I really liked the New Chapter prenatals. They never made me sick. And I took all 3 pills at the beginning of the day. I know you're supposed to space them out, but it seems to me that all at once is better than forgetting 2 of 3. Haha. I think they have iron, but I'm not sure how much. Maybe a women's daily vitamin from New Chapter would be a good alternative? Less iron and then you could supplement with folic acid, D3, etc. Good luck!
