Have taken a hiatus from Mothering but am back...

have many questions for this area such as:

-Good outdoor naturey activity places in the area , under the radar not typical like Tyler Arboretum

-Have you found a good raw milk share?

-Organic farms you like to visit in Lancaster?

-Otherwise fun non commercial activities to do in Lancaster area?

-Do mamas meet up anywhere in Mt. Airy playgrounds area?

-Do mamas meet up in West Philly?

Hey --- I'm in Philly. In Mt. Airy. However, we're moving to Santa Fe in October. I love Mt. Airy so much and I'm sure I will miss this place...

There use to be a lot of us.   I haven't posted in a LONG time.

www.thefamilycow.com    is where we get our meat, milk, honey, eggs.    They have a bunch of different drop off points.  I'm sure you will find one close to you.

I'm more towards the King of Prussia area. We use yourfamilycow.com as well for all of our meat and dairy. I'm interested in suggestions for things to do in the area too. My daughter is finally getting old enough to enjoy outings and such.

Hi all! Just joined, I'm in Roxborough/Manayunk area, with a DD 15months old.

Definitely interested in connected about anything natural living and positive parenting in the area.

West Mt. Airy. mama to two DDs age 8 and 20 months. We frequent Mt Airy playgrounds but no playgroups. There's raw milk at Weaver's Way Co-op.

I'm in West Philly on 5 yo

and we get raw milk at Mariposa Food Coop.  Also at the Clark Park Farmer's market (Saturday all year and Thursdays in season)

Lots of excellent state parks in the greater philadelphia area: Riddley Creek, French Creek, Nocamixon, 

We used to do playgroups when ds was younger but now have a decent network.  PIC used to hold a play group in west philly.  There is a breast feeding support group that meets in west philly etc.
