Yogurt that got too hot

I was making yogurt in my crock pot and was worried it was too cold, so I turned the crock pot on the "warm" setting, intending to turn it off later and put it in my oven. But then my baby woke up, and I forgot about the yogurt and went to bed with him. Eight hours later, the yogurt had gotten to about 150 degrees. It smells like yogurt and looks like yogurt, but it doesn't really taste tangy. What can I do with it?

I ended up using it to make ricotta! The curd had already started to separate from the weigh, so I followed the directions to make ricotta here (scroll down through the yogurt directions). If that happens again--or if I want to make ricotta--I think I will cook the yogurt some more because mine ended up with more of a yogurty taste than I'd prefer in ricotta.
