HMO provider (preferrably midwife) in illinois western suburbs?

I had the financial blessing of a PPO insurance with my first pregnancy. We saw the midwives at west suburban women's health and I LOVED them. I have no major complaints about the experience.

We are trying for a second baby now for 6 months. I want to make an appointment for my well woman exam and to get the ball rolling on helping us conceive. I'm truly heartbroken that I have to leave the comfort of my midwives.

That said...I need recommendations on great obgyn/midwives in my area. DD was delivered at Hinsdale...but Edwards or Central DuPage are now geographically closer, as we have moved to Wheaton.

A homebirth is out of the question...because I don't like my home enough. Lol. There isn't enough space and there are too many flights of stairs. I would feel confined.

A group that is water friendly would be ideal.

DuPage Medical Group and Dr. Phillippe were recommended by a doctor at my practice...but the reviews online seem sketchy.

Looking forward to any help!

I don't think Wheaton is terribly far from Hinsdale is it? You could check out OMG women's health care. That's all I know of. Good luck! I heard cup has a very high csection rate so you might want to look into that. All the best!
