I'd love to hear any feedback anyone has about this. Has anyone tried the RRARFing (or whatever, I forget what it stands for) he promotes? I've read the books and like the idea and love that his research seems non-biased. I'm really suffering w/adrenals and who knows what other issues and really hate the typical "stay away from almost every comfort food" approach to healing, it adds to the stress tremendously, and his thoughts are the opposite.
