Hi ladies,
I have been wondering about spell check too. Sometimes I open word on my computer so I can check my spelling cause I am such a poor speller. Anyway I got a good laugh out of the running comintary.

I just bought some dyes- can't wait to tie.

I just have no idea! heeheehee! I love it!

I have to confess something, twouglyducks...

ready for this??

Every time I glance at your DDDDC, I have to look twice, because I keep reading it as "fairly virgin" and it makes me do a double-take every time!

"Fairly Virgin"....isn't that sorta like "sorta pregnant"?? :

Sorry, I can't help it.....maybe it's some form of dyslexia?

Did you mean commentary? Are you testing to see if I am paying attention?

Ladies would you tell me what "Tagged" is?

And Pam, I'm not telling if it was an intentional spelling mistake, I did not notice the word but really know how to spell it, or I don't know how to spell it! xo Amina (one has to preserve some digitny)

"tagged"... It's when you give someone a DDDDC. If you look to the left, under the user name and see the bold typed words... That means someone donated $2.50 to mothering.com and gets to "tag" that person. usually last about a week or so. Hope that was clear. I've got a million things on my mind right now.

Dye pro wraps

Do any of you lovely ladies know if one can dye pro-wraps? Seems like they would be water resistant.

LOL It's a busy job being spell checker on MDC. But somebody's gotta do it.

And Amina Momma... I don't know that you can dye a prorap. I have heard of people painting them though and maybe stamping, but I can't be sure since I've never tried it.

Funny post.

Thanks for posting this though, that is a question I wondered about since I am considering dyeing some things!
A friend of mine used just plain old RIT to dye her proraps, and they turned out really nice. Not sure how long-lasting that would be, as she just did it recently. I need to ask her how they look now, if the colors are staying vibrant. I'll let you know! Hope that helps!

(Hey Pamelamama, I think this whole "dyeing vs. dying" thing needs a sticky, don't you? C'mon, you're a Mod! Use (abuse?) your powers for Good! The end justifies the means and all that.... :LOL I've even got a title all worked out if you're interested.... Bwahahahahahaaaa! )

Thanks for that. It is worth a try then. I would love to hear how the color holds up if you find out.
