I hate my knees! I run six days a week, I am a healthy weight for my height, but my knees look pudgy and I can't wear shorts or above-the-knee skirts. If I could afford it, I'd get liposuction. Is there a way to tone them? The fat seems to collect on the inner side of the knee.

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

the only way to get rid of that pudge is through diet and cardio.
You have a couple of options.
1) increase the intensity or the duration of your cardio, since you are already running 6x/week, maybe throw in something else, like cycling, or skipping (jump rope) to mix things up a bit.
2) clean up your diet: low fat to moderate fat intake=30% or less of your total daily caloric intake, and eliminate or reduce processed foods, lower your daily calories(don't go below 1800 cal if your nursing, or below 1400 if your not)
3)start weight training if you not already doing that. This will help boost your metabolism, and will shape the area nicely. Squats are my favorite leg exercise
. I also find that cycling really shapes and make my leg look more lean without doing weights, moreso than running does.
