What do you use for baby wipes when cloth (or disposable) diapering? Are there any good natural baby wipes out there? I try to use cloth, but seems like I end up using more of the purchased baby wipes as they are more convenient.

I alternate between pre-wetting my cloth wipes and folding them pop up style (like disposables) and keeping them a wipes box and spraying the bottom and using dry wipes to make them more convenient.

I have a stack of folded cloth wipes and a spray bottle (plain water) on the change table. When I've got DD there to change a diaper I just grab one, give it a few squirts and change away. The whole thing goes into the diaper pail with the diaper, etc. I guess I'm weird, I actually find cloth wipes more convenient because with disposable ones I had to put the wipe into another bin and it was annoying.

I also find cloth wipes more convenient. I keep stacks of them everywhere I change diapers and just use my squirt bottle or run them under the faucet, then throw in bag with dirty diaper.
post #5 of 73/23/13 at 7:00pmI LOVE LOVE LOVE my Premium Washies by BabyKicks! They have a pouch roomy enough for large hands to fit into and have saved many fingers from the dreaded remnants of diaper blowouts. The pouch can also be used to hold a bar of soap for a constant lather that older kids and adults enjoy. BEST thing about them is that they are hemp fleece!!!
post #6 of 74/3/13 at 8:32amWe got some cheap flannell and made our own wipes. Super easy and we actually prefer them to disposable wipes. I just cut squares, and honestly never got around to hemming all of them. We love them so much I cut larger ones for cleaning rags. They go right into the wet pail and into the laundry with the diapers.

We got a bunch of cheap washcloths and then just wet them down with a squidgy water bottle, then threw them in the laundry with the diapers.- Do you buy baby wipes? Are there any good natural ones?
