Hello all! I am 22 weeks with my third baby and desperately trying to avoid another C-section. I had a horrible, traumatic experience in Pennsylvania with my first and got hammered into a scheduled C-section with my section. I picked a new doc this time on the hopes of a VBAC, but their "board" decided to put me on the C-section conveyer belt. I REFUSE to be unnecessarily cut again. I'm waiting to hear back from CHOICE and hoping for some good advice there. Does anyone have any other ideas?
HBA2C in Columbus, OH?
The new midwife practice at Carepoint Gahanna does VBACs, I think. I know Becky and Cassandra did at their previous location. They deliver at OSU now. I don't know a lot about the drs that back them up, as they've only been there since April, but the midwives are pretty crunchy. I've seen them recommended here quite a bit, and I personally, think they're great.
