The One Thread is designed for all on the MDC board. No matter where you are in your cycle, you are welcome to join the One Thread! We are also open to those who are "Waiting to be Ready" for one reason or another. We continue to embrace those of us who have become pregnant as well. Feel free to jump in at any time and introduce yourself!

I'm still hanging out in waiting to be ready, although I'M READY!  Sucks having to wait for the 28th to take the Nuvaring out, then wait for a normal cycle.  I'm ready to be pg NOW!!!

Hi all. Matt's Mom in MT is going to be taking over the thread for me as of this Sunday. A big thanks to you, Candy! I will continue to update the thread this week.

It has been a good experience thread keeping for all you lovely ladies. I must say, I did have the luck of the thread keeper and conceived within a month or two of assuming the role last fall. Unfortunately, I was too stressed and toxed out to carry the pregnancy, and I haven't been seriously trying since then because I have been trying to get healthy. Thanks to all of you for you support and concern, and patience with me starting the thread late so many times.

I am not sure if we will TTC again or if this has been a long process (1.5 years) of learning that we are meant to be a family of three. It is possible that in a year I will be so healthy I won't be able to resist beginning the pregnancy I always wanted, healthy and active, light and relaxed. It is also possible we will someday adopt a child. Whatever happens, I feel so blessed to have my daughter and the other blessings in my life.

I will check in now and again, I hope to see you all get your sticky babies soon.

Matt's Mom- Thanks for taking over!  I hope the next month passes super fast for you. Got any projects lined up for distraction? 

AFM- I had my first IUI today. It went well and now I get to wait  I won't test til around 13 dpo. Anyhow, you can move me to TWW section.

Thanks for taking over the role of threadkeeper Matt's Mom! Hope May brings you some serious luck of the keeper . I'm now Waiting to Know. FF has me at 4DPO but I think I'm 3DPO. Welp, I'll find out in 8 or 9 days!

Hi all!  May I join?  My DP and I decided today to start TTC. :)  We haven't been preventing at all the past 5-6 weeks and thought we may have gotten pregnant this last cycle.  AF showed today (right on time) and DP was a bit disappointed!  So we're going to give it an honest go this cycle.  

A bit about us... I'm 28, DP is 26.  He has no kiddos of his own, I have a boy who will be 8 in May from my previous relationship.  DP and I have only been together since the beginning of the year but given our ages, we know what we want and see no reason to wait. :)  Also, DP's previous relationship of 5 years never resulted in even a "scare" so he's concerned about his fertility.  Hopefully he's worried for nothing, but if we do have any problems, we can figure it out one way or another sooner rather than later!

Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone!  Baby dust to all! :D
