I was proud of me last night, DH got him some ice cream so I baked some kale chips and loved it!

Alright today I had some (light) beer, but I weighed myself tonight and weighed as much as this morning! Which is a good sign! Cant wait for the first weigh-in :)

69.2kg

Oh dear, not a very good start for me I'm afraid. Sorry team greensad.gif. Will try to do much better this week.

On the plus side, I did do 4 walks which is big for me - I detest exercise.

243 this morning. I'm dissapointed in myself because I know I can do better. I need to work on willpower and stress eating.

168.4! I'm excited. I buckled down after the Easter madness and I brought all my food to work (and no money so I wouldn't be tempted). I also had some crazy shifts at work where I didn't eat between breakfast at 0600 and getting home at 1945 which probably helped. My goal now is to stay in the 160s, not visit briefly as per usual. smile.gif

137.2 getting back to salads for lunch seems to be helping me move the scale in the right direction.

133.2. Hmm...apparently, I need to exercise more. I did 3 walks this week but I guess that's not enough. The weight is really slowing down... I need to go back to p90x/turbofire. lol.

178.8 for me this morning.  I'll gladly take a 2.6lb loss considering I struggled with getting my runs and workouts in.

lilacvioletiris, congratulations!!!

Weigh in for today 133.4

weight today- 152.5

I seem to be stuck right around 150 right now.  DS is 8 weeks and I dropped to 150 right away and now I am fluctuating right there.... I don't know what I can do to really get it down further.  I was 150 when I got pregnant with him though, so being at pre pregnancy weight already is nice too.... I just want to get to the weight I was before I had DD2 (140ish).

Any tips while nursing without decreasing my supply?

Weigh-in 156.  Down 1 pound.

All my big, amazing losses came back when I still weighed 188.  The losses creep these days!.  Still, there's more I could be doing without be drastic, and if I keep a steady pace, I'll hit my goal.  I know I only did the minimum for exercise last week.

144.8. Only .2 down despite doing yoga twice, one run, an hour of Pilates and breastfeeding. Hoping for a better loss next week.
