Please count me in for another round.

So on the 1st we're sending you pics of our scale and front/side view of ourselves right? So every week after that do we send pics of ourselves or just the scale?

No pictures required. Just a self report of your weight on Monday. If you want to take photos for your own tracking of your journey, that is up to you. Feel free to share, but that is not required.

What kind of guidelines is everyone following? Can any of you recommend a good source for calculating a good caloric intake based on height, weight, BMI, nursing-mama status?

This kind of thing works best for me when I write down everything I eat, so I'd like some guidelines on quantity. Thanks.

I'm going to, loosely, follow the guidelines I was given when I had gestational diabetes. It had info for breastfeeding as well. It's based on servings not calories but that suits me. I find it too hard and too restrictive to count calories.

no website but I'm happy to post the info if anyone wants it.

I just started doing the "clean eating" lifestyle, which consists of eating 250-300 calories meals (a lot of soups, salads, snacks), 5-6 times a day! Like I said I just started, like 2 weeks ago, but I already feel much better! I love to eat throughout the day so it really suits me!!

yes Katelove, i would like to "see" what you eating plan looks like

it helps me decide on what i should eat ... knowing how others go on about it ....

I'm going to be doing primal/paleo for breakfast, lunch and snacks but my mom made us almost 40 frozen meals so we'll be eating those for dinner and I'll just watch portions. I'm also excited about starting yoga (can't do anything high impact, arthritis, yay).
