I've just gotten out of bed, but as soon as I put a bra on I'm going to do a 3 or 4 mile Leslie Sansone walking video.
For those of you who have a hard time finding time or who need a little encouragement to get started I would really recommend her. Search youtube for Leslie Sansone video and there are some one mile routines that are only 15 mins. It's not long, but even in that time you can feel accomplished. I like the longer ones, but I often will do the 1 mile while DH and the kids are getting pjs on and brushing teeth. Something is better than nothing!
Yep definitely going for a walk with the family today, all the way to Whole Foods, thru the park :)
Argh, I'm having issues with late junk food snacking... I'll be eating healthy all day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, then I come home from work at 11pm and see all this soda pop, chips, chocolate that my husband buys... And I can't help myself!!!!! He knows I'm trying to loose weight.... But he's not ready to give up all that junk... I need more will power!!!!

I say to myself (and sometimes it works ) "You can have that after you earn it with a piece of fruit." Or after my meal, whichever is most appropriate for the time of day. Then, if I still want it, I put a small bit in a bowl or cup and enjoy it without feeling guilty.
ETA: try packing a snack in your car or bag for the drive home. Then at least you won't be so hungry and won't eat so much of the junk. Most of us love the the stuff now and then. Don't make yourself feel too deprived!
After the kids go to bed I'm doing my C25K run. I'm on Week 3, Workout 2. Getting exercise in this week has been a struggle. I'm committed to getting my runs in because I have my first race scheduled for June 1, so I HAVE to get the training in, but the strength training is where I'm falling short. My 2yo and 8wk old have decided they're going to be on opposing nap schedules
lilac ohhh I always forget about popcorn for some reason! I love it seasoned with nutritional yeast (darrnnnn forgot to get it at whole foods today!!!!), giomasio or cajun spices :) Thx for te reminder :)
sweetsilver indeed it would help if I had healthy snacks on hand... Tonight I munched a little bit on some wild rice crackers! I'd like to make some kale chips!
