Hi all, just wanting to say hi. My partner and I are expecting our 3rd kid in November, we're already moms to 4 1/2 year old twins. We live just north of Seattle with a few chickens, our crazy kids, and a dog and a cat.

Hi Sam! Congrats on your pregnancy. We have chickens also. Only four now, since the coyotes and racoons paid a visit.

Glad you found the DDC! There is also a Queer parenting forum area also here on the boards. The place has almost something for every one. Welcome to November 2013 group and Mothering! energy.gif

Thanks all, much appreciated. My partner is feeling pretty well so far, occasional morning sickness, but overall good. She had an ectopic pregnancy in September that thankfully ended naturally and without intervention; that was sad, but just glad it ended quickly. We are hopeful that this little embryo is on track.

Hey Sam! Welcome!

We're another queer family, although we live across the country from you. My wife is pregnant too!

Hi Sam -

I'm queer, due in November, have a 3 year old, and live in south seattle. Sounds like we have a few things in common...
