Cheerios, rice krispies, bananas, blueberries. I can't remember how many teeth mine had at 12-months but I'm pretty sure these all worked for us. I'd keep a tiny gladware in my diaperbag of dry cereal and often fill one with fruit before walking out the door. Feeding a 12-month old is often messy. Chopped grapes are fairly neat/stain free. Peas worked too, you can even fill your gladware with frozen peas & allow them to thaw before snack time.
