Clean and healthy finger foods for 12 month old?

I'm having a tough time thinking of interesting things to take out of the house which don't mess up hands, don't require refrigeration and are soft enough for my baby who only has 2 bottom teeth so far!

Any ideas?

breastmilk in a boob
not messy
portable
great when you only have 2 teeth

I don't bring anything else with me for my 12 month old ( who has 8 teeth).

Cheerios, rice krispies, bananas, blueberries. I can't remember how many teeth mine had at 12-months but I'm pretty sure these all worked for us. I'd keep a tiny gladware in my diaperbag of dry cereal and often fill one with fruit before walking out the door. Feeding a 12-month old is often messy. Chopped grapes are fairly neat/stain free. Peas worked too, you can even fill your gladware with frozen peas & allow them to thaw before snack time.

Those are all great ideas smile.gif
Unfortunately we can't do the boob thing... My milk dried up when he was 10 months old and I was already on 100mg of domperidone and my doctor refused to give me any more. greensad.gif
