It's called 5 W herbs for labor prep. My midwife had me order them and take them to prepare my body so I didn't go "over due" too long. I was only 4 days past my due date but labor was very fast. Contractions started quickly and close together and then my water broke and the labor progressed even quicker after that.

I go some RRL tea a few weeks ago but have only had it a few times. Maybe I should up it. My only hesitation is that when I am sipping on tea slowly during my morning I am less likely to down the water I need!
