hello!
wondering if you all think supplements are nessecary, and any success stories re: supplementing;
i know of someone who did excellent on the "greens' brand; totally changed her shape, but she was workin out too.
but they are all so expensive and i'm not sure if they are needed. i do not need to lose alot of wieght but it all sticks to my hips, tummy, inner thighs, and i've been working out for a few months. i am going to increase my cardio, though; in the meantime.....

what supplements do you think will add to my workouts? pills or powder or bars.....? etc!! are they all a scam? unnessecary at best? essential??

Well, I take supplements to do just that- supplement. I don't take diet pills or anything like that because I don't think that is a very healthy way to, well, become healthy!

I take Ester C, B Complex, Milk Thistle and Dandilion tincture (supports healthy liver function), Ambrotose (long story, feeds your body at a cellular level--- Essential sugars), Flax and Borage Oil, Calcium and Magnesium (tasty liquid one mmmmm) and Jarrows Acidopholus. And a fiber supp. that is all natural inulin (veg fiber)

I take these because, looking at my personal diet, these are nutrient I don't get enough of. I went to www.fitday.com and I track what I eat. I can put in whatever nutrients I want to track and then add supplements as needed!

I love fitday.com Another great website is mealsforyou.com. They have all kinds of recipes for weight loss etc.

I think so...mostly I use it to see what I weigh and how much more to lose and where I am on the graph.
