wondering if you all think supplements are nessecary, and any success stories re: supplementing;
i know of someone who did excellent on the "greens' brand; totally changed her shape, but she was workin out too.
but they are all so expensive and i'm not sure if they are needed. i do not need to lose alot of wieght but it all sticks to my hips, tummy, inner thighs, and i've been working out for a few months. i am going to increase my cardio, though; in the meantime.....
what supplements do you think will add to my workouts? pills or powder or bars.....? etc!! are they all a scam? unnessecary at best? essential??
