I have no idea how to fit in exercise time now that I am full time. It just isn't happening. Sometimes I take the yoga class at the onsite fitness center. There's only so much that can do, though. Sigh. I need to eat better. I've been lazy... eating out at lunch, etc. I've gained a few pounds since I started working. I'm still in the normal range, but yeah... not fun. I know that if I don't exercise I can really only eat 1400 calories a day. That is not enough for me! I prefer to eat all the food and drink all the wine! I can always go back to Spanx, but they are my mortal enemy. Also, I think it is time for a bathing suit with a skirt.
Honestly, a lot of the time it boils down to this for me: what will make me happier? The beer and the cupcake or smaller thighs? I really don't see myself looking back on like admiring my small butt. So yeah, cupcake and beer for the win. That's where I'm at right now, anyway.
