Anyone else having constant hunger? I swear I am eating! But it is non-stop...and so distracting. While I am at work, I feel like I cannot get anything done, I am in a daze, a bit pissy, and all i can think about is food. I am eating almonds and sunflower seeds by handful all morning long. Those are good sources of protein and calories, so I feel ok if I overload on those. Problem is that they are not cutting it!
I am already overweight (although a good 15 lbs less than when I first got pregnant with DS), so I would like to not to gain a whole bunch this first trimester. I am just 6w tomorrow, so I got to figure something out. I assume my body is trying to tell me I need to eat something else...and at the moment, a bacon cheeseburger sounds really, really good. (And I am not even a big meat eater!)
Anyone else feeling ravenous?
