I can't say that I've been that much hungrier than normal. My friend had warned me that the 2nd trimester was her downfall but so far no hangries here. Getting lots of protein really helps and I had an old college favorite for lunch today: mac&cheese with tuna! Ridiculously easy and sooo good!
tilly: yay for your DH realizing that he was being a jerk. It takes a good man to be able to admit that! RE exercise: I go to classes, having a regularly scheduled activity helps keep me on track and I've gotten close to the other ladies over the years so I get some social contact as well. Working out by myself rarely happens, for a while I was good about meeting up with a friend but then our schedules changed.

mrsandmrs: yay for two boys! I agree that the maternity wear options for 3rd trimester multiples seem very limited. Hopefully you live in a place where you can still have a warmer late summer, rather than having to start dealing with bulky sweaters etc.
