I have read about fermented butter helping with tooth decay, preventing & reversing it.
How about ghee, does it help as well?
Does eating ghee have any benefits at all?
Ghee is just clarified butter. It is not fermented. Here is some info on it. I don't imagine it would have much more effect on tooth decay than regular butter.
What ive seen is the promotion of fermented cod liver oil and raw butter, havent seen too much about fermented butter. Are you sure that isnt what you meant :)?
Thank you both for your help. :)
I was wondering about ghee, in case I can't get the fermented one...Thank you :)
