On the subject of changing cardio routines...

As I've mentioned before, I usually do The Firm Maximum Cardio Burn 4 X per week. It's a great cardio workout, about 55 minutes long, but I think the cardio part is only about 40-45 minutes, the rest is a standing leg routine and abs. Anyway, I've been having trouble getting my heartrate up during it lately, so I added my 5lb ankle weights while doing it. Definitely got my hr up then!! :LOL

After my oh-so-indulgent ice cream splurge the other night : I decided I needed to up it a notch. I pulled out and dusted off my Advanced Tae-Bo workout. Okay, not only did I get my heartrate up, but I'm feeling it in my abs, my legs, my hips, etc. Everywhere....

I think I was just getting too used to the Firm workout and needed to change it up a little. Can't *wait* to do my weights in Total Body Sculpt tomorrow. It will be such a challenge if my muscles are still a little bit sore!!

Wow you are doing a great job! I dont know how to help you with the sore muscles.........mine get sore from one day at Curves because I am not regular at it.......I think it eventually goes away when you get used to it.

Good job mama!!!!!
