I've been searching the internet but I can't for the life of me find nutritional content of homemade almond milk. I did see a Livestrong article that said if you make it from home you should add a calcium supplement to it.
I'd prefer not to do that but if so then it is what it is. I'm concerned about my calcium intake being pregnant and also after LO gets here with breastfeeding and just young kids needed calcium anyways. I don't like store bought milks because there is so much added in them.
Does anyone have any information on this?
