Oh, god, that reminds me of one of my worst indulgences, which I am proud to have only succumbed to a couple of (ok, maybe several) times:

Immaculate baking's Double-Chocolate chunk cookies made into peanut butter and bannana sandwiches and dunked in hot milk. Mmm.

Wouldn't be SO bad if I could eat just one cookie sandwich... But last time? I had like 6 cookies and a whole bannana's worth of them.

My plan for this week's meals is broiled tilapia with veggies and quinoa, a roasted chicken with pumpkin seeds, and another breakfast pie, this time a greek-themed one.

If anyone is curious, breakfast pie is a new invention of mine that I am quite proud of. Basically, it's a frittata with a tortilla bottom and top crust. This one is made with whole-wheat tortillas cut into strips and latticed like a pie top, and filled with eggs, milk, feta, spinach, dill, garlic and chicken sausage. Last week's was more of a corn-tortilla lasagna which is why I called it "Enchilada" pie. It too had eggs, milk, cheddar, kale, cumin, garlic, and turkey chorizo, topped with salsa.

A microwaved slice of this + some cut up fruit is a nice, easy start to the day.

That sounds amazing!

Oh yes! Kerrygold is the best! I eat that and pink salt on almost everything...so good!

Cut strawberries, Fage yogurt, and 1 dollop of chocolate cream cheese :) stir and eat OMG

Oh. Yum. That sounds so very delicious...

I'm looking forward to a peanut butter, banana, chocolate almond milk smoothie tonight after dinner! joy.gif

And dinner, too...grass fed beef ribs that have been cooking all day in my husbands homemade barbecue sauce made with his homebrewed beer, purple asparagus and mashed potatoes with lots of butter and pink salt. Today is a good food day for me! But I have still eaten almost all of the strawberries in the 2# container....

I have found I get nauseous all of the sudden randomly for the last week or so. It usually only last for about 10 minutes or so and really has not affected my appetite. I notice it the most at night when I am trying to sleep and I turn over.

We had grilled rumsticks with roasted potatoes, mushrooms and red peppers yesterday- DELICIOUS! We will have the left overs today with some homemade coleslaw!

Thanks for the replies ladies. I'm traveling so am outside my routine AND its ~15-20 degrees hotter than I'm used to so I think that is a large part of it! Will try to guzzle more water and hope it goes away when I get home next week!

Dh made rice with tomatoes veggie stir fry and some other stuff on the weekend.

Today for lunch I made cold spring rolls and dh made a pb sauce. We had plum sauce too. pickles, olives,Indian chickpeas. We had leftover plum and ob sauce so I mixed it together and I'm going to make a noodle salad w it tomorrow. Dd thought that was genius...sympathy pregnancy eating obviouslyorngtongue.gif

Tonight I'm using up some leftover rice/kidney beans/veggies/salsa and frozen corn and making burritos. Easiest thing for me to make the kids while on bedrest that I KNOW they'll eat and I'll enjoy too
