some really lovely names here.
I came across the name Amarylis which I thought was sweet. Got lots of ideas but no definites here.
That really is a very sweet name with so many nn possibilities if you all do nicknames.
I love Hadassah..My friend named her baby girl that last year..It is an old name so I wouldn't worry about it. In the fellowship I am in its a very popular name. I thought Dassi would be a cute name for a girl - nickname of Hadassah.
For me I am thinking ...crap. I haven't given a lot of thought, actually. Middle name for a girl will be Adira.
Marie I LOVE Atticus! We have friends with two boys named Atticus and Thaddeus. I think they are both great names. And Foxley is super cute.
We're decided now on a family name for our little boy, very excited. We had narrowed down our girl names to Lillian or Abigail. I still had a lot of fun girl names that DH didn't care for. I love hearing everyone's ideas!
We don't know what we're having yet, we'll hopefully be finding out at our ultrasound on June 26th. :) Currently we have 3 daughters and 3 sons so either way this one is a tie breaker, and we like the more unusual/uncommon names.
Our current children are Savanna Lee, Aiden Kristopher, Kinsley Payge, Braedon Stoney, Grace Elizabeth, and John Gerard.
If this one's a boy we're thinking Dante Victor, and for a girl we're thinking Ella Victoria. :) Can't wait to find out which one it is!!! :D
Atticus is a super name! Love how strong it is. DS almost had Atticus as a middle name but then we figured out that his initials would spell WAR. This seemed super contrary to the fact that we are Quakers.
Sila, I think it's awesome that you have a boy name picked out as I think it's a lot harder to choose a boy name than a girl name.
M2Six, I love naming kids so much that it's the main reason I'd keep having them :) Exciting that you will have a tie breaker.
Meks, DH and I have agreed on a name for this baby and it works for boy or girl. BUT the first two was an excruciating experience for me. I swear he loved to make me sweat it out. We like to have several going into labor, too--although not this time; for some reason we are just set--and it was a process.
