aidenn, I can't even remember what I did for the sleeves. I think I just did the straight ones...

MamaAna, here is one i finished this morning. I know the thread doesn't match, but since it is to bleed on i tend to use what is already in the machine because I'm lazy... I still need to put on a button or snap. Its about 13 inches long, but i love this size at night. Less worries of leaks.

I've nearly finished mine.  The actual sweater is all done, I just need to make a trip to JoAnn's for another card of buttons and finish up the octopus to put on the front!

aiden, it's beautiful!

i am just up to the button holes on my garter stitch kimono sweater. it's slow going, but i am barely a knitter so any progress is good progress. i dont know how i'm going to make two.

Love that, Aidenn! Especially digging the yellow and blue combo. I've been thinking plain brown buttons for mine, but I might spice it up after seeing yours!

The thing I loved about the Puerperium cardi was how easily it lends itself to having foofoo decor on it, be it buttons or a little felt animal or whathaveyou.  That's why I am going for the octopus (I am childfree tomorrow, so I am hoping to knock it out then!) to add to the front too.

The photo I posted doesn't do it justice, but the sweater is like, a pumpkiny orange (http://kraemeryarns.shptron.com/p/perfection-tiger), which I was not really sure about to begin with, but since he's a Fall baby, maybe it'll grow on me?  Plus with the blue buttons and the yarn I have for the octopus is a denim/heather blue I am hoping that mutes the brightness of the orange.

I am usually such a crafter, but I volunteered to make altar decorations for a friend's wedding so I've been busy with that and likely will be til their wedding in early June. I did sew a nursing cover though.

I'd like to make supply pockets for a changing table and possibly a mobile.

Beautiful sweater!  I love the color.  The pp pads look great, too.  I sewed a few of those up a couple weeks ago.

I just dyed 8 swaddle blankets after cutting and hemming some gauze fabric.  Can't wait to see how they turn out.  I'm exhausted now though.

We plan to get an Ikea crib this summer and hopefully sell our other one, so I will be making fitted sheets for the smaller mattress. I've been pinning fabrics I like on pinterest, and found a super easy tutorial to make them.  I also would like to make curtains, but the fabric I picked out is gone - I delayed in deciding and ordering. :(. I need to find something else now and started looking online last night .

Gah! Everyone's all "here look at my awesome stack of finished things!" And I'm over here all "I've finished 10 rows on a newborn hat in the last two weeks!" Hehe!!

Seriously though, everyone's stuff looks great! Eric's mom has a machine and we're planning on making a blanket for the baby together, so that should be a good jumping off point to get me some sewin skills. I'm a intermediate knitter, but I get bored easily so I have unfinished projects stashed everywhere.

Half of the gauze I got from Joann's - it's a tighter weave. The other half is from a co-op - fabric.com sells something very similar if you search their site for gauze. I've been doing cotton dyeing for years and use Procion dyes from dharma trading. It's super easy- even my 2 1/2 year old helped with the dyeing smile.gif. Most I do on a very small scale in my kitchen (low immersion dyeing) but I wanted true tie dye for some of them smile.gif. I have 5 yards of obv to dye soon, too. I want to make an obv baby blanket.
