I have a recipe that is really good. It requires boiling the milk, salt and butter prior to adding the other ingredients and then baking.
I've read recipes online where all the ingredients are simply mixed in a blender and then baked...no boiling. Has anyone ever tried making it this way? I am making several batches of Pao De Queijo with my children's class and thought skipping the boiling step would make it much easier.
If I have time I might make a batch without boiling as a test...but I figure someone here might have already tried it.
