Bailey: Penny is beautiful! And you are a very strong mama! I pray things will continue to get better- and quickly!!!!
As for the co-sleeper... Gemma didn't like it. And she didn't like the pretty wooden cradle either. And she won't sleep in the bouncy chair at night. Sooo... she is in bed with us. Neither one of us are "into" cosleeping as a personal choice because we don't sleep as well with a baby in the bed. BUT... we weren't sleeping hardly at all with her in her own space, so we'll take poor sleep over no sleep! She is a challenging night time baby. She won't go to bed until 10, but then she sleeps about 3 or 4 hrs, which isn't bad. Then I feed her and she usually goes back to sleep. She will wake up 2 hours later to eat again, and many times has no interest in going back to sleep, and that sucks. She is a lazy latcher at night too and it's hard to feed her (though she does fine during the day).
Does anyone elses LO spit up A LOT? All my kids have spit up quite a bit, but Gemma is ridiculous with it. We went through 7 outfits yesterday and I don't know how many burp clothes. Oh, and I went through 2 outfits myself since she soaked me. She isn't projectile vomiting or anything, but it's just a lot. She is gaining weight and going to the bathroom normally, but I dont see how she is actually getting any food when she spits up so much! I'm starting to wonder if she has a reflux problem.
I hope you all have a great day!
