Blooming 1000 minutes Challenge for May 2013!!!

1000 mins of exercise per month is definitely the way to go for healthy living and weight loss! Starting now!

Hey Jaxy!!!  Is it just us this month!?!?!?

 

Well I am in as usual.    

 

I do have to reduce my goal this month.  I'm having oral surgery on the 15th and the doctor wants me to take off 2 weeks.   Is it sad that I almost decided not to have the procedure because I can't get my work out in????

 

Congrats on last month Jaxy!  You did great.  It is exhausting towards the end of the month isn't it.  I find that I can't do much more than three months at a really high goal before I just completely flake out.   I can make the goals all I want - but by the end of the third strenuous month - my body just starts quitting on me and I lose all my drive and energy.  It's interesting how the body and mind works .

5/2  -  55 minute hard run at the beach.  WHEW!

5/3  -  100 minutes total....weights and brisk walk with the ladies

5/4  -  off  drove to get my college kid

5/5  -  off

5/6  -  105 minutes - brutal 60 minute weight work out followed by easy walk and then stretching

Good luck on your surgery! Take some time off as ordered, you will only come back stronger!

Jaxy!! Look at your goal!?!?  I'm so so so proud of you.  Are you exhausted?

 

I'm hanging in there.  Trying not to get depressed.  On the bright side - I have actually lost weight since I stopped working out.   But I seriously should evaluate my fitness regimen... I'm so down and out about not being able to run that I don't think it's healthy.  I am going to run today though.....   YAY!
