I feel great! I actually was exhausted Sunday night but it's only because I had insomnia the night before... I feel really good in general and I'm also proud of myself :)

 

I understand the way you feel lab, I used to feel that way when winter was really bad back north... You want your drug (endorphin) but you can't have it because of something that is out of your control (your surgery, for me it was the weather). Can you bike maybe?

 

05/01 35 mins bike

05/02 20 mins bike

05/03 55 (10 jogging followed by 15 stretching/tummy toning + 30 walk)

05/04 35 (25 walk + 10 job with sprints for the first time, my throat is now burning!!!)

05/05 70 bike to and from work

05/06 35 bike

05/07 15 walk (no bike, was broken... :( )

05/08 60 (30 walk/jog + 30 bike)

05/09 60 (30 walk/jog + 30 walk)

05/10 70 (30 walk/jog + 40 walk with the new jogger stroller! Love it!)

Well....I got through the month. Jaxy you did great!!!! Don't you feel so strong! Like you can do anything....

5/27. -30 minutes walking
5/29 - 90 minutes total. 30 walking instead of my usual run and 60 weights
5/30. - 45 minute run. Bout killed me, but I'm back

1140/1000. Didn't think I would make it....I've got some lame workouts listed. But I did it!

I feel good! But not like I can do anything. I'm torn between the desire of losing weight and meditate. Meditating would make me feel strong but not lose weight lol. I say when I lose about 15 more pounds, I start slacking off a little and take up meditation.

 

YOU did great lab, considering and even not considering lol! You should be proud of yourself!
