I thought I'd start a new Curves thread since the last one was getting so long.
I went three days this week as part of my free trial week and I think I'll probably go ahead and join but I there is one major drawback....
I feel like such a dork!
Now I know I am probably only cool in my own mind but do any of you other cool people feel that Curves is just really geeky? I mean there you are in a circle, everyone bobbing and jiggling and having to stare across the circle at everyone else who is bobbing and jiggling.
Oh well, it does seem like a good enough workout, I feel all exercised afterwards and I appreciate how quickly it goes and how convenient it is (it's right on my way to pick up dd from preschool) so I guess I'll just suck it up and go geek out

) Never looked at it that way before. I've been going about 9w and I love it. I've lost 8 inches but no pounds. But I'm not dieting either. I love Curves because it's 30 minutes and done. I've been going 3x and need to start adding in at least 1-2 days at home. I can't manage to get there more than 3x a week. Glad to see this thread.
) and so I suspect that the machine is off, but I'm not complaining!
T How about the new look! Slick! Except they took away my all-time-favorite smilie! Where's
???
