My DD wakes up every 3 hours pretty regularly (has for months and months) and although we've tried an assortment of things, I really can't shake the impression that she needs to get milk (in a sippy cup) every 3 hours. She hasn't really had reflux problems in the past, but does sometimes seem uncomfortable when she wakes up (??). She sleeps in her own room. Besides habit, what other things would make a toddler (21 mo) wake up? Other things to try besides different "sleep solutions" (which we have tried without improvement). Probiotics? changing in sleeping arrangements? Diet changes?
