DS just turned a year old today :) Until he was about 5 mths he slept great, waking only every 3-4 hours or so to eat. After about 5 mths, he started waking about every 30-45 mins (sometimes sooner). I was told it was a 4 mth sleep regression, or a wonder weeks thing, so I waited it out. And 7 mths later, nothing has changed or improved. He wakes up this often, every night, all night, no matter what I do. He still wakes whether I am in bed with him or not (we co-sleep). He's up slightly less often, probably every hour or two during the wee hours of the night, but still a lot. I don't expect a one year old to sleep through the night, but I am feeling really burnt out as I have zero time to myself at any point in the day, since he doesn't nap well and I have to lay with him or wrap him in order to get him to nap most of the time. He does have food sensitivities, but I'm very careful not to consume any of his sensitive foods, or give them to him.
What's happening with him?? Has anyone else experienced this level of nightwaking? I'm not sure how much longer I can go on like this....I need at least an hour or two to myself in a 24 hour period. Any thoughts/suggestions??
