Exercise Ideas - Page 2
Grrrrr! I just lost a post reviewing some of the DVDs I have tried out. My mouse did something crazy and made my browser jump all over the place. Well, I am at work so I am going to just get back to my work duties and fume quietly on the inside!
I guess I will simply say this... I feel sooooooo much better when I work out beyond just walking. I am really enjoying a mix of strength, cardio/dance and yoga. Only if I could do it everyday!!! Right now I walk everyday about 30 mins and get an extra workout every 2 or 3 days.
