Michelle, it looks like you found me using my mdc screen name. Last night I went to my prenatal swim class it was great, but when I put exercise in myfitnesspal I saw that I used up calories and needed to eat more! Ahh! I need to get on the ball with a bit more fat and protein.

LOL, yeah, I thought, "Gee, wonder if she uses the same screen name?" :P Greek yogurt is supposed to be high in protein, and a friend recommended Greek Gods yogurt, which is OMG-so-good! I've been having it for breakfast every day. wink1.gif

Grrrrr! I just lost a post reviewing some of the DVDs I have tried out. My mouse did something crazy and made my browser jump all over the place. Well, I am at work so I am going to just get back to my work duties and fume quietly on the inside!

 

I guess I will simply say this... I feel sooooooo much better when I work out beyond just walking. I am really enjoying a mix of strength, cardio/dance and yoga.  Only if I could do it everyday!!! Right now I walk everyday about 30 mins and get an extra workout every 2 or 3 days.
