FillingMyQuiver, why is it that the in laws are always so carb heavy? Mine are too, it is so annoying especially when we know that a balance of protein, fat, and carbs is better than a focus on carbs. Glad you still had a loss.
Mrs.Gale, measurements can tell a lot even when the scale doesn't seem to budge. Good idea to maybe keep a record of your measurements to see how they change even if your weight doesn't.
