133.2 today. My goal this challenge will be a five pound loss. Now that the weather is becoming more seasonal it will hopefrully become easier to work in my walks.

I'm in again. Starting this challenge at 5'6" and 172.4lbs. I'm up almost 2lbs since last week, guess I overindulged on tortilla chips and chicken tenders at the in-laws this weekend
My goal for this challenge will be 165lbs, so 7.4lbs. It would be great to hit 160lbs, but I don't know if I can do 2lbs/ week consistently.
The plan: run 3x/week (I have my first 5k on Saturday) and strength train w/ mostly body weight exercises 2x/week. Cut down on the grains and up the veggies.
I'm going to do this too. Log my exercise that is, not C25K with my 3yo on my back!
I'm not sure I can remember to post it every day tho so I'll probably just include it in my Monday weigh in post.

The good thing is that I keep losing (verrrry slowly) and since I lost that 10lbs I feel good and sexy!
BUT I've been slacking off, eating not so well (although better than a few months ago)...
I need to get back on track once again so I can lose another 10lbs maybe and feel even better this summer!
Down 2.6lbs to 169.8. Had my first 5K on Saturday, super hilly course (over 1/2 of the course is uphill and a good portion of the downhill was pretty steep), had to walk a bit, but got it done. I'm looking at some other races to keep me motivated to keep running.
Trying hard to stick to better eating. The grains and bread-y carbs keep sneaking in. I feel so much better without them, though.
