I have been using it to track what I eat as I gain weight in this twin pregnancy. My doctor says I should gain a pound a week in the first trimester because in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters it is hard to eat enough because the babies take up so much space. The myfitnesspal.com has an app for my smartphone and online tracking as well for either losing - like you ladies are trying to do - or for gaining like I am trying to do right now.
Several people from the orange team haven't checked in yet this week. I will post the chart tomorrow morning.
So sorry for your loss, micah_mae. My uncle passed away last month and between the stress and the sadness and the travelling and the readily available junk food it was tough to stay on course. I ended up drinking way more soda than I wanted to!
I hope this week brings healing and a more regular routine for you!
Ouch! Hoping for a speedy recovery... I had mastitis three times. It sucked real bad, and it made me want to cry because of how painful it was.
153.66 (a 0.34 lb loss) ... not even half a pound this past week
i exercised all right but my eating was not very controlled
.... i must do better this week since my end of year dance gala is this coming Saturday,
(have started to use fake tan on my mid section, i hate to be all white and flobby ...)

We are living in temporary housing(a super sweet little cottage!) with somewhat limited cooking facilities. Add in the stress of a long and drawn out closing on our old house and my eating has not been ideal.
I'm hoping for less food on the run this week and some more activity!
No change for me, 169.8. My diet was horrible this weekend. The carbs sneak in and I feel like cr@p, all bloated and sluggish. My running is going well and I'm progressing and slowly getting faster. My weight workouts are spotty at best, it's truly a struggle to consistently workout with the 6 kids.
