I'm out :(

I started getting brown spotting on Monday and made an ultrasound appointment. Everything looked good - could see the crown to rump measurement and I was about 7 weeks. Then by Wednesday the spotting turned bright red and yesterday I called urgent care and they agreed to see me again. When I got to the appointment the ultrasound showed nothing in my uterus :(

I'm trying not to blame myself for this loss, but its really hard not to. I think- did I eat something, exercise too much? (i'm a dancer) I just want these feelings to go away.

*hugs* because I know how this feels.  My midwife told me that there is virtually NOTHING you can do that will 'cause' a miscarriage - so don't blame yourself! hug2.gif

I'm so sorry for your loss! I've had two miscarriages, both around six weeks. I wish this was a less common experience for women. Take care of yourself!
