How exciting!   I know that was fun...and probably stayed out a lot later than you are used to in addition to the drinking....  still - fun times.   I had too much to drink yesterday at the pool with hubby for Father's Day.  Sort of hurt me this morning...

I am a zombie this morning (they need a zombie dude-icon ).  I am wiped out, but at least I am not staring down a work day where I'm getting home at 9:30 at night like yesterday.  Need to get back to my yoga routine, but I can guarantee it will be minimal.  I declare today "Mama Lazy Day".

Last time we went out it was on Valentine's day and we came back at 9:30 because we were stressed out about the baby! And of course when we came back he was throwing a fit at the babysitter! Now that he's a bit older we're more relaxed! And before that I was pregnant, so yeah, we needed this!

Sorry you didn't feel good yesterday, sometimes you got to take one for the team. The hubby team, that is lol! Hope you feel better now!

SweetSilver dont beat yourself up, some days are like that...

Wow -- I'd initially thought that 1000 minutes a month seemed like a bit much -- but I've just done the math on my prior post, and it looks like I'm doing 1,980 minutes a month. Whoo-hoo!

I'm also going swimming with the girls, so this easily puts me up over 2000 during the summer months.

It's 92 here today, and we're without AC, just like we were last summer, and It felt so good being able to do my hooping and my Kundalini workout without too much difficulty.

At about this time last summer, I'd pretty much thrown in the towel and was hardly exercising at all -- but I'm around 60 lbs. lighter than I was at this time last year, which makes a world of difference.

Just moving around is easier, and you feel younger, too.  What I thought was Getting Old was just Getting Fat!  Great news for you.  Keep up the good work, it's so motivating to hear about!
