jaxy - that shred workout sounds like the workout I get at the gym with this class instructor.   It is very intense and leave me breathless in minutes.  It's supposed to be a 20 minute class but he always goes over to about 25 or 30.   I love that class!  I feel so strong since I've been doing it.

6/2  -  30 minutes in the garden with the hoe - my back loves me

6/3  -  100 minutes total at the gym.   2 weight classes and cardio in between

6/4  -  50 minute run

6/5  -  35 minute weight class and stretching

6/6  -  50 minute run - includes 40 run and 10 minutes warming up stretching/cooling

6/7  -  50 minutes at the gym.  Light cardio and solid 30 minutes lifting weights......Brad tried to kill me this morning

6/8  -  45 minute run with hubby

6/9  -  85 minutes running plus 10 stretching, cool down, and warm up

6/10 -  110 minutes at the gym... Brad tried to kill me again.  55 minutes weights, 30 minutes on the stairs and the rest stretching, warm up and cooling down

6/11 -  I took the day off!!!   I like SweetSilver's idea 

           0 minutes running....0 minutes weights!!

6/12 -  115 minutes.......two weight classes - solid 35 minute hard run and then stretching and cooling

6/13 -  70 minutes walking/easy jog with friend

6/14 -  60 minute walk - not like me but my knees hurt after from walking on pavement.  So I'm counting it!

6/15 -  50 minute run with hubby.  Hauled a$$ at the end of my run listening to macklemore  yay!

I sprained my ankle this morning trying to be a hero. Ugh. Just when things are going good. Murphy's Law! I'll do weights I guess.....

Finally a day where I can creep in some yoga. I have been so busy, the heat kicked in 2 days ago and allergies a have been through the roof.  I am having to drag my a$$ everywhere.  Today is no exception, but I'm off to do a lame, hurried routine that will at least keep me doing my yoga.  Failed at getting to do yoga every day.  I need to find a new time of the day to do it, or find an evening practice that is calming and sweet for those evenings when I am pooped.

 

So, adding 10 minutes to my paltry total--610.  Thought I might actually come close to 1000 minutes, but those last few days blew it.  Ugh.  So groggy and tired and the grass is... just... ugh.  Happy to see some brown creeping into the hayfields.  3 more weeks and the worst will be over.

 

Thanks, ladies, for letting me join in this month.  You are crazy and energetic, and I don't mind a bit taking up the rear here! blowkiss.gif  Next time my goal will be to beat this month's total.

6/20 -  90 minutes total...solid 80 minute run - then stretching
6/21 -  75 minute yoga and brisk trail hike
6/22 - 30 minute run
6/24 -  40 minute weight class
6/25 -  45 minute run
6/26 -  I took the day off!!
6/27 -  85 minute run  -    didn't stretch before or after - so I'll feel it tomorrow
 6/28-off
6/29-35 minute run
