Ophelia, I'm glad the Zofran helped you! I definitely agree that you should eat and drink whatever will stay down. Eating is better than not eating, every time! I'm sure the B6 is helping, so keep it up! I really do recommend the Unisom. This is my first (non-miscarriage) pregnancy that I could actually stand to eat and not lay in bed all day. It's so amazing. I've only thrown up like two or three times since I started taking it a few weeks ago!
AFM, I'm working hard to stay positive. I think I mentioned that I have had some sad personal issues that I've been dealing with since the beginning of the year. I also suffer from chronic depression, which usually gets worse during pregnancy. DH mentioned to me last week that I was starting to get really negative, talking about everything that was wrong all the time, so I'm trying to focus on the good stuff right now. Last weekend my daughters and I all got our hair cut, and I got the underside of mine dyed pink. It's a bit lighter than I wanted, but still cute. I've been doing pretty good with staying active and eating well, and tracking it on MyFitnessPal. This week I've taken my kids to the pool three times, and DH bought a TON of pool toys, floats for the little ones, pool shoes, sunglasses, etc. So much that I'm wondering how we'll be able to get it all to the pool, LOL. Today I'm taking a day off from that, but DH promised he'd go with us this weekend. Also, today I'm expecting a package in the mail -- DH bought me some earrings to go with the necklace the girls got me for Mother's Day!
This weekend is going to be busy, with the comic shop, DD's violin lesson, swimming, and going to a rugby game with some friends. (Yay, never seen rugby before!) And on Monday, DS is going on a trip to Iowa with my mom for my step-dad's family reunion. I'm SO excited for him, because he spends too much time at home on the computer, and I know this is going to be really great for him.
See? I can come up with all kinds of good things to be happy about!
