So we are a family of 8....we are trying to clean eat/paleo/minimal gluten. This is all new for us....literally just started 2 days ago. I need HELP!!!! Please give me recipes. I am struggling with how to do this successfuly and on a budget. I know nothing about meal planning and I know that it is about to be an essential part of our life as we are not eating processed foods anymore so more planning is needed. I don't care if I get 100 different recipes....that in my eyes is 100 new foods to try. Our only restriction is we do not eat spicy foods and we do not eat fish. Past that we are all in. Looking for ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and easy snack ideas for the little ones. I am realizing things like granola bars are out when you are trying to eat all non-processed foods.
